We are a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business, proudly roasting every batch locally in Virginia Beach, VA and delivering it to you at peak freshness.

After 22 years of active-duty service as a Naval Flight Officer, Matt "Penguin" Tallyn transitioned into government contracting - but something was missing. After the adrenaline and precision of flying in F-14B Tomcats and F/A-18F Super Hornets, and the honor of graduating from the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), the next chapter needed to be just as meaningful.

That's where purpose met passion.

After meeting Shari, whose encouragement and vision sparked something new, Créche Coffee was born - built on connection, craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession with perfecting the roast. We immersed ourselves in sourcing and roasting premium green coffee beans, testing, refining, and selecting only the roasts that met our standard of excellence.

Every bag we produce reflects that journey of discipline, detail, and heart.

As we grow, we'll continue expanding our lineup with new blends and flavored coffees, along with convenient monthly subscriptions so your favorite coffee never runs out. Every new release will be thoughtfully crafted and shared on our website.
